Quality control is a critical part with every step being double checked. Fabrics coming to our factories are checked for quality, color fastness, tensile strength, color variation, fabric defects etc. before moving to the cutting floor. All patterns are checked on live models with fit samples being made. Shrinkages are checked on the garment level and fabric level both. Checkers control the quality as per written instructions from the merchandisers on the production floor and tailors are assisted in understanding each operation if anyone requires technical help. Garments are double checked for measurements, stitching faults, correct labels, etc. Garments are washed, (enzyme/ silicon/normal wash) as may be required.
